Carbon Steel Design For Fast And Even Heating
Most carbon steel pans come unseasoned, with a protective coating that ensures the bare metal doesn't rust. The first thing you need to do is remove that coating. Please follow the steps below. Or you may also look online at how to season carbon steel pans.
STEP 1) Rinse with water.
STEP 2) put the pan on the stove, turn on medium heat, and burn off the protective coating on the top.
STEP 3) Wash with water and season with Canola oil, vegetable oil, and grapeseed oil all work.

- W30-Day Return Policy (With Fees): Returns are accepted within 30 days, but a 20% restocking fee and actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your refund since items ship for free. Items must be in original condition with all accessories.
- Mandatory RMA# Required: Every return must have a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#) issued by calling 1.626.401.9887. Shipments without an RMA# or sent COD will be refused.
