🔄 EASY RETURN
- W30-Day Return Policy (With Fees): Returns are accepted within 30 days, but a 20% restocking fee and actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your refund since items ship for free. Items must be in original condition with all accessories.
- Mandatory RMA# Required: Every return must have a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#) issued by calling 1.626.401.9887. Shipments without an RMA# or sent COD will be refused.
- Damaged Deliveries: If a package arrives damaged, you must refuse the shipment or write "DAMAGED" on the Freight BOL immediately. Prolinemax is not responsible for damages reported after signing for merchandise in good condition.
